不同砧木嫁接对‘金手指’葡萄生长和一些生理特性的影响 被引量:7

Impacts of Different Rootstocks on Growth and Some Physiological Characters of ‘Gold Finger' Grapevine

摘要 以‘3309C’、‘101-14M’、‘5BB’和‘金手指’为砧木,分别嫁接‘金手指’葡萄,评价了嫁接后第2、3年不同砧木对接穗生长和一些生理特性的影响。结果表明,4种砧木均降低了‘金手指’的生长势,其中3309C对新梢生长的抑制最明显。总体上看,4种砧木均提高了‘金手指’的光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度,具体调节受砧木类型和发育阶段的影响;4种砧木能不同程度提高‘金手指’茎流速率,以101-14M的提高最为明显;4种砧木均能提高接穗总氮质量分数,但不能提高K+质量分数,对Ca2+、Mg2+、Zn2+、Fe2+离子质量分数也有不同的影响。 The grapevine of ‘Gold Finger'was grafted into the four rootstocks of ‘3309C',‘101-14M',‘5BB'and‘Jinshouzhi'.Impacts of those rootstocks on growth and some physiological characters of‘Gold Finger'grapevine were evaluated,compared with the self-rooted cuttings,in the second and third year after grafting.All the rootstocks reduced the growth vigor of the scion,of which‘3309C'generated the largest decrease.In general,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were increased by grafting to different extents,depending on the different rootstocks and developmental stages.Stem sap flow showed an increase trend in the grafted grapevines,especially for the rootstock of ‘101-14M',in comparison to the self-rooted cuttings.The four rootstocks could enhance total nitrogen level,while they could not increase K+mass fraction.In addition,the four rootstocks had the different impacts on mass fraction of Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Zn^2+and Fe^2+.
