不同番茄品种对TY病毒的抗性评价

Evaluation of Tomato Varieties against Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus

为评估不同番茄品种对番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的抗性水平和商品价值,采用田间大棚自然传毒接种鉴定法,比较不同番茄品种的发病率、病情指数,并结合糖度、硬度、维生素C质量分数及产量等指标,综合分析34个番茄品种对番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的抗性和商品性。结果表明,不同品种对番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的抗性差异显著,其中,大番茄有3个免疫品种,分别为布鲁尼1288、DRW 7728、西农2011;高抗品种有1个,为惠裕;中抗品种有3个,其他均为感病品种;免疫及高抗品种占参试品种的18.18%。圣女果免疫品种有4个,分别为抗TY千禧、美红、圣桃3号、黄仙女;高抗品种有1个,为粉秀;免疫及高抗品种占参试品种的41.67%。对番茄品质的综合比较显示,抗病性强、品质优、丰产性好的番茄品种少,难以满足生产需要。

To assess the quality traits and resistance level against tomato yellow leaf curl virus（TYLCV）of different tomato varieties,several comprehensive index（diseased plant rate,disease index,sugar mass fraction,hardness,vitamin C mass fraction and yield）of 34 varieties were tested by using natural virus transmission in the greenhouse.The results showed that different tomato varieties had significant different resistance to TYLCV.In common tomato varieties,Bruny 1288,DRW 7728 and Xinong 2011 were immune to TYLCV,Huiyu was high resistant,three varieties were moderate resistant,and others were susceptible.The immune and high resistance varieties accounted for 18.18%of common tomato varieties. While in cherry-tomato varieties,four varieties included Qianxi,Meihong,Shengtao 3and Yellow fairy were immune,Fenxiu was high resistance,and immune and high resistance varieties accounted for 41.67%in cherry-tomato varieties.Integrated comparison indicated that varieties with higher resistance,better quality and richer yield were too few,which couldn＇t meet the requirements of production.
