电针结合益髓汤对铝痴呆兔脑脊液及海马区谷氨酸含量的影响

Efffect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Yisui Decoction on the Content of Glutamic Acid in Cerebrospinal fluid and Hippocampus of Dementia Rabbits

目的:观察电针结合益髓汤对铝中毒痴呆模型受试兔脑脊液及海马区谷氨酸含量的影响。方法:将50只受试兔随机分为空白组、模型组、电针组、中药组和针药组,项背部皮下注射氯化铝制作病理模型,给予相应的电针、中药、生理盐水后,用比色法检测脑脊液及海马区谷氨酸的含量变化。结果:与空白组比较,模型组谷氨酸含量明显异常升高。与模型组比较,针刺组、中药组和针药组脑脊液及海马区中谷氨酸含量降低。结论:电针结合益髓汤对模型兔异常升高的脑脊液及海马区谷氨酸含量具有治疗性下调作用。

Objective ： observe the effect of combination therapy of electric acupuncture and Yisui decoction （ 益髓汤） on Glu content of aluminum induced dementia rabbits＇ CSF and hippocampus.Methods ： divide the rabbits into five groups equally at random： blank control, model, acupuncture, herbal medicine, and acu-herbal medicine group.Make pathological model by injecting A1C13 solution on the nape and back subcutaneously.After 5 weeks treatment, detect the changing of Glu content in CSF and hippocampus by colorimetric test.Results： 1.comparing with blank control, model group has higher Glu content in CSF and hippocampus; 2.comparing with model group, acupuncture, herbal medicine, and acu-herbal medicine group have lower Glu content.Conclusion： The test shows that, the therapy of electric acupuncture and Yisui decoction （ 益髓汤） can reduce the higher Glu content in CSF and hippocampus.
