摘要
随着全国国家级、省级、市级和校级等各类协同创新中心的涌现,如何把中心办好引起高度重视.纵观国际国内的最新发展态势和成功经验,本文提出制订目标、研究问题、学科交叉、管理体制、运作机制、使用仪器、锤炼团队等7个核心要素对于协同创新中心的成败至关重要.
Under the construction frame of ＂2011 Plan＂, numerous collaborative innovation centers have been initial- ized all over this country. However, how to manage those centers cause people＇s attention. Reviewing the latest development trend and successful experience in the international and domestic, it put forward seven key factors： setting a goal, aiming at a problem, crossing disciplines, constructing management system, and operation mechanism, using of instruments and constructing a team. These factors are essential to the sucess of collaborative innovation centers.
