超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合微针疗法治疗痤疮凹陷性疤痕 被引量:34

摘要 目的探讨超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合微针疗法治疗痤疮凹陷性疤痕的疗效。方法收集面部痤疮瘢痕患者82例作为治疗组,采用超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合微针治疗。同期41例作为对照组,仅采用超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗。疗程结束后对患者瘢痕治疗效果进行评估。结果治疗组的总有效率为92.7%,明显高于对照组的70.7%(P<0.01);在治疗组,治疗的疗程越长,显效例数和总有效率越高,治疗无效的例数越少。结论超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合微针疗法治疗痤疮凹陷性疤痕是一种科学的、有效的方法,值得推广。 Objective To understand the clinical effect of microneedle combined with fractional ultrapulse CO2 laser in the treatment of facial atrophic scar. Methods 82 cases of facial atrophic scar were collected as the treatment group and treated by microneedle combined fractional ultra pulse CO2 1aser; 41 cases were chosen as the control group and treated by the single frac- tional ultra pulse CO21aser. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group, 92. 7% vs 70. 7% (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Microneedle combined with fractional ultrapulse CO2 laser in the treatment of facial atrophic scar were a scientific, effective, and worth promotion.
