分级医疗制度下门诊护理内涵建设初探

Study on the connotation construction of outpatient care under sub-levels medical system

目的实施分级医疗制度,探索分级医疗制度对大型综合性医院门诊护理工作的新要求,拓展和提升门诊护理服务内涵。方法对分级医疗制度实施前、后门诊患者问询类别的变化以及护士对分级诊疗制度的认知情况进行调查与分析。结果护士对分级医疗制度的实施认知率低,分级医疗制度实施前、后门诊患者问询类别中,挂号咨询、医生信息咨询、报告单的解读、入院及转院咨询、医疗政策咨询的比例明显升高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论根据分级医疗制度的新要求,应不断拓展、提升门诊护理内涵建设,探索新的门诊护理服务内容和模式。

Objective To Study the new requirements of outpatient nursing in general hospital under sub-levels medical system, and to strengthen the connotation construction of outpatient nursing service. Method By means of questionnaire, the changes of outpatient information categories and the cognition and the eognition of nurse to sublevels medical system before and after the new medical system were investigated and analyzed. Result The cognition rate of nurse to sub-levels medical system was low, and among the outpatient information categories, the rate of reg- istration consulting, doctors information consulting, medical reports consulting, admission and transfer consulting and healtheare policy consulting increased significantly after the new medical system （P〈0.05）. Conclusion According to the new requirements of sub-levels medical system, the connotation construction of outpatient nursing serviee should be strengthened and a new mode should be explored to improve the quality of outpatient nursing service.
