1990-2013年我国多发性骨髓瘤护理研究的文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of nursing research of multiple Myeloma from 1990 to 2013 in China

目的系统分析我国多发性骨髓瘤护理研究的发展状况,为护理提供循证依据及为今后的护理研究提供方向。方法采用文献计量分析方法,构建文献评阅数据库,对1990-2013年收录在中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和万方数据库中"多发性骨髓瘤护理"相关文献进行计量分析。结果共检出文献245篇,分别发表在104种期刊上,文献数量近年呈逐渐上升趋势。文献以经验介绍为主,其次是临床科研论文和个案报告论文,仅1.2%为随机对照研究;论文引文以中文文献为主(80.7%),论文被引频次在5次以上者15篇,最高被引频次为18次;研究受科研基金资助者3篇(1.2%)。结论多发性骨髓瘤护理开始受到临床医护人员的重视,但是研究深度和宽度均不足,需加强多发性骨髓瘤护理相关的高质量科研论文的产出,建立专科护理,更好地为临床提供循证依据。

Objective To systematically analyze the development trend of nursing research of multiple myeloma in China, so as to provide some evidence for future studies. Method Literature about nursing research of multiple myeloma published from 1990 to 2013 were retrieved from CBM,CKNI and Wanfang databases and were analyzed systematically. Result Totally 245 related literatures were obtained. They were published on 104 journals and the number of literatures increased year by year. The authors came from 26 provinces and most of them from medical institutions. Most of the literature are case report and only 1.2 % of them are randomized controlled trials. Research focus mainly in case reports and analysis. Literatures citations mainly are Chinese literature（80.7 %）, 15 literatures are cited more than 5 times and the maximum times cited 18 times. Nevertheless, only 1.2% of them were supported by foundation. Conclusion Nursing research of multiple myeloma has attract widespread concern in clinical staff. More comprehensive methods of caring for multiple myeloma and the establishment of specialist care are needed, so as to provide more powerful evidences of nursing research of multiple myeloma.
