网络社会差序格局的崛起与分化

On the Rise and Differentiation of the Differential Model of Association of Cyber Society

差序格局在公私、权力和权利这三个维度奠定了乡土社会的基本结构和互动秩序。但随着互联网的普及,"乡土中国"向"离土中国"加速变革,差序格局也由单纯的亲疏、尊卑之别,扩展到了地域与城乡之间的分化。这些差异在"线上"和"线下"分殊的基础上显得愈益复杂,我国的网络社会也由此呈现出一种新的差序格局。它引发了互联网公私领域的变革与困境、信息权力的崛起与分化、网络公民权的成型与危机。对我国网络社会新差序格局的再反思,其实质是从"文化自觉"的角度来推动本土社会理论的传承与创新,以此开启互联网治理之新章。

Differential model of association laid the basic society structure and the interaction order.With the popularity of the Internet, ＂Rural China＂ has transformed to cyber society and has a feature of new differential model of association.This model has three aspects.Firstly in the relationship of public and private, the internet has created the public domain which is not entirely subject to the traditional authority, but the network egoism, the privatization of public affairs and private time consuming potentially do harm to network publicity. Secondly in the term of power, the internet not only gives users the power of information, but also produce a new digital ＂power game＂. Last in the term of rights, the network enhances the awareness of the rights of internet users and to improve the protection of rights, but the digital gap, individual rights abuse and the internet governance movement has all cause the civil rights a new challenge.
