摘要
研究了输电杆塔用复合横担节点的可靠性,建立了横担的简化力学模型,分析了粘结应力的产生机理和节点失效原因,并借助ABAQUS软件进行了仿真分析,得到了粘结应力与横担总长、玻璃钢筒内径、玻璃钢筒厚度、金属套筒高度、金属套筒厚度等关键尺寸的关系曲线,为复合横担的结构设计与优化提供了参考。
Joint reliability of composite cross arm for power transmission tower is investigated. A simplified me- chanical model of composite cross arm is established and the generation mechanism of bond stress and failure reasons of joint are discussed. The relationship between the length of composite cross arm, the inner diameter of FRP ( fiber reinforced plastics) tube, the thickness of FRP tube, the height of metal sleeve and the thickness of metal sleeve is obtained by simulation analysis based on ABAQUS, which is of reference value for the design and optimization of composite cross arm.
