Using Field experiment. With potassium chloride in the basal topdressing potassium sulfate substitution, still using the original special fertilizer. The absorption and accumulation of chlorine in three physiological stages (stage, budding stage and maturity stage) of flue-cured tobacco were studied under different chlorine concentrations, and the influence of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium absorption. The results shows that:The contents of chlorine in the tobacco leaves were analyzed, the accumulation of chlorine in the leaves was lower than that in the middle leaves. The accumulation of chlorine in the stage of the tobacco group increased with the increase of chlorine fertilizer, and the trend of the increase of the chlorine fertilizer was 20%. The maximum amount of the chlorine was 0.36% when the chlorine was replaced. At the present stage and in the mature stage, the chlorine content of the tobacco leaves was more than 0.2% and 0.5% respectively in the 50% chlorine substitution. The content of nitrogen in the upper leaves decreased with the chlorine substitution, and the nitrogen content in the middle and lower leaves had no obvious change. Each treatment, the potassium content in lower leaves are more than, middle leaves high, no chlorine substitution, 20% chlorine substitution and 30% chlorine substitution treatment differences are obvious, and the potassium content of upper leaves and middle leaves no obvious difference. The accumulation of phosphorus in the tobacco plant was not affected by chlorine treatment and chlorine treatment..
