摘要
目的运用危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP)技术,进行某24万吨/年高果糖浆项目职业病危害预测和关键控制点确定。方法以新建24万吨/年高果糖浆项目为研究对象,选择生产工艺、生产设备、生产规模和原辅材料等相似的工程作业类比企业,基于HACCP体系、现场职业卫生调查和类比法、经验法和文献资料分析,辨识、分析新建项目可能存在或产生的职业病危害因素,预测重点控制职业病危害因素,确定关键控制点。结果类比企业存在的职业病危害因素主要包括粉尘、毒物、噪声、高温等,粉尘和毒物的浓度均符合职业接触限值要求,噪声的等效声级和高温的WBGT指数均符合职业接触限值要求,结合文献分析,预测新建项目工作场所可能存在或产生的职业病危害因素。并将粉尘、盐酸、氢氧化钠、硫化氢、氨、一氧化碳列为新建项目重点控制的职业病危害因素,确定关键控制点。结论 HACCP技术可用于高果糖浆项目的职业病危害预测及关键控制点确定,并对建设项目的职业病防护设施设计具有一定的参考价值。
Objective Using hazard analysis and critical control point(HACCP)technology,predict occupational hazards in a 240000 t / a high fructose syrup project and ensure critical control point.Methods choose a 240000 t / a high fructose syrup project as the research object,choose similarity project of manufacturing technique,production equipment,production scale and raw material as Analogy to the enterprise.Based on the HACCP system,on-site occupational health investigation and analogy method,experience method and literature analysis,Identify and analysis the occupational hazard factors of construction project,Predict the critical control occupational hazard factors,ensure critical control point.Results There were ccupational hazard of dust,toxicant,noise,heatin analogical enterprise. The concentration of dust and toxicant,the equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level and wet-bulb globe temperratuer index were met the requirement of ccupational exposure limits.According to the literature analysis,predict occupational hazard factors in the workplace of construction project.and dust,hydrochloric acid,sodium hydroxide,hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,carbon monoxide were classified as critical control occupational hazard factors,ensure critical control point.Conclusions The HACCP technology can be applied in predicting occupational hazards of a 240000 t / a high fructose syrup project and critical control points,there were some value for the report of facility design for control occupational hazard.
