采用纳米荧光材料检测鱼中痕量六价铬的含量 被引量:2

Determination of trace Cr(Ⅵ) in fish using fluorescence nanomaterials

摘要 目的采用Cd S纳米量子点为荧光探针,建立一种简单快速测定鱼类样品中痕量六价铬含量的测定方法。方法采用电化学法合成还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)稳定的Cd S纳米荧光材料,痕量的六价铬对这种Cd S纳米荧光材料具有灵敏的荧光猝灭作用。结果在0.5-20.0μg/L范围内,Cd S纳米材料的荧光响应值与六价铬的含量呈线性关系,检出限在为0.1μg/L,测定的相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率在92%-107%之间。结论该方法能够快速灵敏检测鱼类样品中的痕量六价铬,具有重现性好,定量准确灵敏等优点。 Objective This paper reports a new,simple and rapid method to determine trace Cr(Ⅵ)in fish using fluorescence nanomaterials.Methods Cd S nanomaterials capped by GSH were synthesized in aqueous solution,which have a sensitive fluorescence quenching effect on trace Cr(Ⅵ).Results The linear range of the proposed method was validated in the range 0.5-20.0 μg/L.The relative standard deviation was less than 5 %;the recovery varied between 92 %- 107 % and the detection limit was 0.1 μg/L.Conclusions The method is able to accurately determine trace Cr(Ⅵ)in fish with a lot of advantages,such as good reproducibility,accurate quantization et al.
