摘要
目的确定河南省某包装公司生产过程中的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,确定其职业病防护设施和职业卫生管理措施的防护效果。方法采用职业卫生检测法、现场职业卫生调查法、职业健康检查、职业病危害作业分级等方法进行职业病危害现状评价。结果工作场所空气中异丙醇、乙酸甲酯、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、甲醇、粉尘的8h时间加权平均浓度满足国家职业接触限值要求。制袋机操作工、干式复合机放卷操作工、吹膜工8 h等效声级为85.5d B(A)-88.0d B(A),噪声超标,其余工种的8h等效声级满足职业接触限值的要求。结论用人单位主要职业病危害因素为异丙醇、乙酸甲酯、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、甲醇、粉尘、噪声,粉尘和化学毒物作业危害分级为0级(相对无害作业);噪声作业危害分级为Ⅰ级(轻度危害),噪声的危害较重。粉尘和化学毒物的职业病防护设施防护效果较好,噪声的职业病防护重点应为个人防护用品的使用及劳动者实际接触噪声时间的控制等。
Objective To identify the occupational hazards and its harmful degree in production process of Packaging Products Conpany of Henan province,and evaluate the occupational disease protection facilities and the effect of control measures. Methods Occupational health test,occupational health field investigation,occupational health surveillance and occupational hazards classification were applied for the assessment. Results The 8h time-weighted average concentrations of IPA,Methyl acetate,Methyl ethyl ketone,Ethyl acetate,Benzene,Xylene,Toluene,Methanol,dust in workplace met the requirement of occupational exposure limits.The 8h equivalent sound level of bag making machine operators,dry compound machine volume operators and Blown film operators exceeded the occupational exposure limits.The 8h equivalent sound level of other jobs met the requirement of occupational exposure limits.Conclusions The main occupational hazards factors are IPA,Methyl acetate,Methyl ethyl ketone,Ethyl acetate,Benzene,Xylene,Toluene,Methanol,dust and noise.The dust and chemicals work classification is zero(relatively no hazards).The noise work classification is Level Ⅰ(mild hazard),and the noise can cause serious harm.The effect of protective measures against dust and chemicals is obvious.The control of noise should focus on personal protection equipment and time exposure.
