某轧钢区域蒸汽泄漏事故分析及改进措施

摘要 通过论证分析,指出某轧钢车间蒸汽站一次总阀的法兰垫片老化泄露和冷凝水的冲击,是蒸汽泄露事故的主要原因。通过优化蒸汽管网疏水能力、调整蒸汽站减温减压线运行方式等改进措施,确保了该区域蒸汽系统安全运行。 Through argumentation and analysis it was pointed out that aging of flange gasket and impact of condensed water in the primary master valve of the steam station at a steel rolling plant had been the main cause of the steam leakage accident. Improvement measures such as optimizing the water drainage capacity of the steam pipe network and adjusting the operation mode of the temperature and pressure reduction line of the steam station were taken, which has ensured the safe operation of the steam system in the area.
