The design and operation optimization process of cold rolling concentrated al-kaline wastewater system of a steel enterprise are introduced in detail, including process se-lection, calculation of process parameters and selection of the main equipment. The system uses the air floatation device as the core equipment in the pretreatment part and adopts the bio-contact oxidation method as the core treatment process in the bio-chemical part. The system has high automation level and is easy to operate and maintain.
