Optimization of the Automation Network of Breakdown Mill at Heavy Bar Production Line

针对永钢大型棒材分厂开坯机自动化网络频繁出现闪断的情况,对控制网络进行了研究,提出了有效的优化措施并实施,在优化结束后未再出现过同类故障,从根本上解决了问题,并为以后处理类似故障提供了借鉴。

The automation network for the breakdown mill at Yong Gang's heavy bar plant frequently flashed broken. The control network was studied and effective optimizing measures were put forward. After implementation of these measures similar faults had never occurred, thus completely solved the problem and also provided reference for treatment of similar faults in the future.
