摘要
为分析气门实际落座过程中的刚度问题,用气门落座接触试验,分别测量气门静态接触刚度、模拟气门落座碰撞过程动态刚度和实际配气机构工作过程中动态刚度。试验结果表明气门落座过程是一个非线性过程,气门与座圈接触刚度不是定常值,而是随落座速度增大而增大。
To analyze the problem of contact stiffness of actual valve crashing seat, this study did the valve contact tests, measuring the static contact stiffness of valves, and simulating the dy- namic stiffness in the process of valves crashing seat as well as the actual valve timing. The tests show that the action of valve crashing seat is linear and that the contact stiffness between the valve and the valve seat is not stable, but will be upgraded with the seating speed.
