摘要
为实现发动机机油消耗及窜气量的模拟分析,并建立预测发动机机油消耗及窜气量的正向分析能力,论文基于动力学分析方法建立了某汽油发动机缸体-活塞-活塞环的详细分析模型,获得了额定工况下机油消耗及窜气量随发动机转速的变化关系。模拟计算结果表明:缸体-活塞-活塞环动力学分析模型能够有效实现对发动机机油消耗及窜气量的预测。
In order to achieve the analysis on lube oil consumption and blow - by of engines, and to have ability to predict the values of oil consumption and blow - by, the block - piston - piston ring model were set up basing on the dynamic analysis methods, acquiring their relationship among lube consumption and blow by and speed. The results of the dynamic analysis, the reliability test, and the blow - by test showed that the calculation values of lube consumption are slightly higher than the test values. The analysis model of block - piston - piston ring is able to predict lube consumption and blow - by.
