摘要
本文阐述了发动机燃油喷射系统中油嘴偶件、柱塞偶件和出油阀偶件等配合间隙测量系统。在气动测量基础上创新开发。该系统由机械自动测量装置、数据处理模块和工业PC机及测量控制软件构成,实现多参数的快速测量、分组及SPC统计与分析,提高了偶件的插配精度和生产效率,对改善喷油燃烧过程和节能减排有一定的作用。
This paper describes the clearance measurement system that is us^u lt,t u semblies, plungers and valves of the engine fuel injection system and conducts an innovative devel- opment basing on the pneumatic measurement. The system consists of a mechanical automatic meas- urement device, a data processing module, an industrial PC and a measurement control software, a- chieving a quick measurement, grouping and SPC and also improving assembly precision and pro- ductive efficiency and optimizing the fuel injection combustion process and lowering emission.
