摘要
本文简要阐述了发动机顶置式湿式气缸套主要失效模式,并针对气缸套主要失效模式缸套断裂和穴蚀进行分析,找出影响因素,并提出预防这两种失效模式的几点措施。目的是在设计过程中对关键影响因素合理把控,提高缸套的寿命,避免事故发生。
The paper introduces main failure modes of cylinder liners, analyzes the reason that causes fracture and cavitation, and then explored influencing factors and proposes preventive measures to avoid failures. The purpose of this study is to prevent failure by designing and ensures that the cylinder liners have long service life without damages.
