积极探讨研究先进的培训方法是做好学校教学工作的必然要求,同时也是保证新警学员培训效果的重要前提。每年新招录的新警学员是壮大上海公安的重要力量,但这个群体具有许多不同于专(本)科学员的特点,这使得为期6个月的教学培训工作尤其是德育工作存在诸多难点。将开展德育主题活动这一工作方法融合进德育工作体系中,有助于加强新警学员的队伍建设。

To actively explore and study advanced training methods is not only a requisite for better school education but also an important preconditions of ensuring cadets＇ good training. Every year, the new recruits who are enrolled through civil servants＇ entrance examination are an important part of Shanghai police force. But this group is different in characteristics from that group who is recruited from among associates and undergraduates, which makes 6 months＇ training and ethic education difficult. The method of integrating ethic theme activities with ethic education is conducive to enhancement of team building of new recruits.
