光动力疗法与红蓝光治疗中、重度痤疮的临床效果对比

Clinical effect comparison of photodynamic therapy and red-blue light in the treatment of moderate and severe acne

目的 比较光动力疗法与红蓝光治疗中、重度痤疮的临床效果。方法 选取2014年1-8月本院收治的70例中、重度痤疮患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。观察组给予光动力疗法进行治疗,对照组给予红蓝光治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组均未出现导致治疗终止的严重不良反应。结论 光动力疗法治疗中、重度痤疮效果显著,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy and red-blue light in the treatment of moderate and severe acne. Methods 70 patients with moderate and severe acne from January 2014 to August in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The observation group was given the treatment of photodynamic therapy,and the control group was given the treatment of red-blue light.The curative effect in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Severe adverse effect which might cause termination of the treatment was not seen in two groups. Conclusion Photodynamic therapy in the treatment of moderate and severe acne has a significant clinical effect and high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
