剖宫产术中填塞纱条预防术后盆腹腔粘连的效果

Effect of filling yarn during cesarean section operation preventing postoperative pelvic and abdominal adhesion

目的 比较剖宫产术中填塞纱条与常规处理预防术后盆腹腔粘连的效果。方法 回顾性分析2009年6月-2011年6月于本院行剖宫产术的225例产妇的临床资料,其中125例患者（观察组）采用填塞纱条预防术后盆腹腔粘连,另100例患者（对照组）采用常规性预防措施。比较两组的治疗、预防效果。结果 观察组治疗的显效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的78.00%（P〈0.05）;观察组的膜性粘连、膀胱子宫间隙难以分离、腹膜子宫粘连紧密的发生率分别为3.20%、0.80%、0,明显低于对照组的17.00%、8.00%、5.00%（P〈0.05）。结论 剖宫产术中填塞纱条预防术后盆腹腔粘连的效果优于常规处理。

Objective To compare the effect of filling yarn and routine treatment during cesarean section operation preventing postoperative pelvic and abdominal adhesion. Methods Clinical data from 225 puerperas conducted cesarean section in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2011 was retrospectively analyzed.Among them,125 patients（observation group） were given filling yarn to preventing postoperative pelvic and abdominal adhesion,while 100 patients（control group） were given routine preventive measures.The treatment and preventive effect between two groups was compared respectively. Results The markedly effective rate of treating in observation group（96.00%） was obviously higher than that of control group（78.00%）（96.00%）（P〈0.05）;the incidence rate of membranous adhesion,difficulty in space separation between urinary bladder and uterus,and adhesion tightness of peritoneum and uterus（3.20%,0.80%,0 respectively）was obviously lower than that of control group（17.00%,8.00%,5.00% respectively）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Filling yarn during cesarean section operation preventing postoperative pelvic and abdominal adhesion is better than routine treatment.
