摘要
目的探讨地诺前列酮栓用于足月妊娠羊水过少引产的安全性。方法选择2012年10月-2013年10月我院收治的足月妊娠羊水过少患者40例为观察组,足月妊娠羊水正常患者40例为对照组,两组均采用阴道放置地诺前列酮栓引产,观察分析两组产妇胎膜早破、剖宫产、产后出血、羊水污染、急产及新生儿Apgar评分情况。结果观察组胎膜早破发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组羊水污染、产后出血、胎盘早剥、剖宫产、急产及新生儿Apgar评分的比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);但观察组发生羊水污染、剖宫产率高于对照组。结论地诺前列酮栓用于足月妊娠羊水过少引产是安全的,引产过程中应密切观察产程及胎心情况,可降低剖宫产率,提高产科质量。
Objective To explore the safety of dinoprostone suppositories applied in labour induction due to oligohydramnios in full-term pregnancy. Methods 40 cases of term pregnancy with amniotic fluid were observed in observation group and 40 cases of normal pregnancy amniotic fluid in normal were observed control group,who were hospitalized in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were selected.The two groups were given dinoprostone suppositories through vagina for labour induction.Conditions of premature rupture of fetal membranes,rate of cesarean section,postpartum bleeding,pollution of amniotic fluid,precipitate delivery and neonatal Apgar scores between two groups of puerpera were observed and compared. Results Incidence rate of premature rupture of observation group was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference(P〈0.05).Pollution of amniotic fluid,postpartum bleeding, placental abruption,rate of cesarean section,precipitate delivery and neonatal Apgar scores between two groups was compared respectively,with no statistical differenc(P〉0.05).Incidence rate of pollution of amniotic fluid and cesarean section in observation group were higher than that of control group. Conclusion Dinoprostone suppositories applied in labour induction due to oligohydramnios in full-term pregnancy is safe.During the labour induction,courses of labour and fetal heart should be closely observed,which is helpful in reducing the rate of cesarean section and improving the quality of delivery.
