针对性护理措施对腹膜透析患者住院率及并发症的影响

Influence of corresponding nursing measures on admission rate and complications in patients with peritoneal dialysis

目的探讨针对性护理措施对腹膜透析患者住院率及并发症的影响。方法选取2013年1月-2014年1月年我市154例进行家庭腹膜透析患者作为研究对象,对其现状进行调查,分析其住院及并发症发生的原因,并实施针对性护理。结果实施针对性护理1年后,腹膜透析患者的住院率及并发症发生率显著降低,自我护理操作能力提高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论对宜春市腹膜透析患者进行现状调查,并对相应问题提出针对性措施,为促进和推广腹膜透析技术提供了科学依据,显著提高了患者自我护理操作能力。

Objective To investigate the influence of corresponding nursing measures on admission rate and complications in patients with peritoneal dialysis. Methods 154 patients with home peritoneal dialysis in our city from 2013 to2014 were selected as research object.The reasons of hospitalization and occurrence of complications were analyzed and corresponding nursing was applied by interviewing and questionnaire in grass roots. Results One year after implementation of corresponding nursing measures,the admission rate and incidence of complications in patients with peritoneal dialysis were significantly decreased,and operational capacity of self-care was improved,which displayed statistical differences（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Investigation of current situations in patients with peritoneal dialysis in Yichun city and corresponding measures being put forward to the relevant problems provide scientific basis for promotion of peritoneal dialysis technique and greatly improve patient′s operational capacity of self-care.
