综合护理干预对妊娠高血压综合征孕妇及围生儿结局的影响研究

Influence study of comprehensive nursing intervention on the pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and the outcome of perinatal infants

目的探讨综合护理干预对妊娠高血压综合征孕妇及围生儿结局的影响,以指导临床护理。方法选取2013年8月-2014年8月本院收治的116例妊娠高血压综合征患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各58例。对照组予常规护理,观察组予综合护理干预。对比入院时、分娩前两组的SF-36健康调查量表各维度得分,并统计妊娠结局。结果分娩前,观察组SF-36量表各维度评分均显著高于对照组,亦明显高于入院时,上述差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组剖宫产、胎盘早剥、产后出血、先兆子痫的发生率及子痫出现率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论联合应用多种有效护理方案,开展综合护理干预有助于提升孕妇健康状况并改善妊娠结局,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and the outcome of perinatal infants,so as to guide clinical nursing. Methods 116 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given regular nursing,observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Scores of each factor in SF-36 healthy survey scales in two groups on admission and before pregnancy was compared,and pregnancy outcomes was analyzed. Results Before pregnancy,scores of each factor in SF-36 scales in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and also significantly higher than those on admission.The above difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Cesarean section rate,placental abruption,postpartum hemorrhage,incidence rate of pre-eclampsia and eclampsia in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined with the application of multiple effective nursing protocols,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful in improving the health status of pregnant women and enhancing pregnancy outcome,which is worthy of promotion.
