摘要
目的探讨品管圈（QCC）活动在护理交接班中的应用效果。方法本科室于2014年4-10月进行QCC活动,确立＂降低护理交接班的不合格率＂为课题,对活动前护理交接班存在的问题进行原因分析,制订相应的整改措施并组织实施,再对护理交接班进行检查,并采取有效地巩固措施。结果活动后,护理交接班不合格率降低,护理工作质量不断提高,护理安全得到进一步的保证。结论 QCC活动在护理交接班中取得了较好的效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle（QCC） on nursing shift. Methods QCC activities in our department from April to October 2014 was held,and the issue ＂decreasing disqualification rate of nursing shift＂ was set up.The existed problems in nursing shift before the activity was analyzed and the corresponding rectification measures was drafted and implemented.Then,nursing shift was examined and effective consolidated measures were taken. Results After activities,disqualification rate of nursing shift was decreased,quality of nursing was gradually improved,and nursing safety was further guaranteed. Conclusion Activity of quality control circle obtains a great effect on nursing shift.
