综合护理干预在CIK细胞治疗老年癌症中的应用效果

Application effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment of elderly Cancer by CIK cells

目的探讨综合护理干预在CIK细胞治疗老年癌症中的应用效果。方法选取2012年11月-2014年11月我院接受CIK细胞治疗的226例老年癌症患者,将其随机均分为对照组与研究组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上给予针对CIK细胞治疗的综合护理干预,包括心理护理,采血前后护理,回输前后护理。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）评价两组患者的焦虑程度,并自行设计调查问卷调查两组患者对护理的满意度。结果护理干预后,研究组与对照组SAS评分分别为（58.1±4.3）、（67.3±5.1）分,研究组焦虑情绪优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组的护理总满意度为84.07%,显著高于对照组的69.91%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对接受CIK治疗的老年癌症患者实施有效综合的护理干预有着重要的临床意义。

Objective To explore the application effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment of elderly cancer by CIK cells. Methods 226 elderly cancer patients treated with CIK cells in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2014 were selected and evenly divided into control group and the research group.The control group was given regular nursing,the research group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention on CIK cells treatment on the basis of the regular nursing,including psychological nursing,nursing before and after blood collection,and nursing before and after autologous blood transfusion.Self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） was applied to evaluate two group anxiety degree,and self-developed questionnaire was applied to investigate two group satisfaction rate towards nursing. Results After nursing intervention,the anxiety scores in the research group and the control group was（58.1±4.3） and（67.3±5.1）respectively.The anxious emotion in the research group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The nursing total satisfaction in the research group was 84.07%,which was significantly higher than 69.91% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients receiving CIK treatment,the implementation of effective comprehensive nursing intervention has great clinical significance.
