摘要
冷轧产品在汽车工业中多用于装饰外板,表面质量要求高,且冷轧产线较长,一旦发生产品质量问题排查缺陷源难度大,所以冷轧产品的缺陷分析在钢铁生产中具有重要意义。某冷轧产线突发疑似氧化铁皮压入的表面缺陷,通过宏观分析、电子显微镜微观观察、利用能谱仪进行压入异物的成分测定、产线跟踪等途径,确定缺陷由酸轧异物压入引起,排除氧化铁皮压入的可能性。最终通过清扫缺陷产生的机组,并更换部分轧辊,使其得到控制。
Defect analysis of cold rolling products plays a significant role in steel production, because of the high surface quality requirements called by automobile outer panel and the long production line which makes it difficult to find the causes of defects. One kind of surface defect of cold rolling product, which is seemingly caused by the iron oxide scale was occurred. By analyzing the defect with OM (optical microscope),SEM (scanning electron microscope), EDS ( energy dispersive spectrometer) and tracking production line, the cause of the defect was clarified. It was caused by foreign bodies introduced in cold rolling and acid pickling process, not the iron oxide scale. At last, the defect has been removed by cleaning machines and replacing some rollers.
