摘要
目的:分析药物过敏史患者视网膜脉络膜血管同步造影不良反应发生情况。方法选择接受视网膜荧光素血管造影和脉络膜吲哚菁绿血管造影且具有药物过敏史患者226例,观察并记录造影过程中不良反应发生的时间及临床表现等。结果226例具有药物过敏史患者,眼底血管造影过程中发生不良反应23例(10.18%),不良反应发生于静脉注射药物后1分钟内的患者为11例(47.83%),1~5分钟内9例(39.13%),5分钟以上3例(13.04%);23例不良反应中,男15例(65.22%),女8例(34.78%),不同性别患者不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);≤30岁患者12例(52.17%),30~60岁患者8例(34.78%),≥60岁患者3例(13.04%),不同年龄患者不良反应发生率比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01);不同种类药物过敏史患者之间不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论药物过敏史并非眼底血管造影的禁忌证,其不良反应发生率仍处于可接受的范围。
ObjectiveTo analyze the adverse reactions of retinal choroidal angiography synchronization in patients with history of drug allergy.MethodPatients with history of drug allergy were selected and they also accepted retinal lfuorescein angiography and choroid indocyanine green angiography. The clinical manifestations of adverse reactions in the process of retinal lfuorescein angiography and choroid indocyanine green angiography were observed and recorded.Result23 cases occurred with adverse reactions in the process of angiography among the 226 patients with history of drug allergy (10.18%), there were 11 cases with adverse reactions occurred within 1 minutes after intravenous injection of drugs (accounting for 47.83%), and 9 cases between 1~5 minutes (accounting for 39.13%), and 3 cases more than 5 minutes (accounting for 13.04%), there was no signiifcant difference in adverse events between male and female [15 (65.22%)︰8 (34.78%)] (P〉0.05); 12 cases were≤30 years old (accounting for 52.17%), and from 8 cases were 30~ 60 years old (accounting for 34.78%), and 3 cases were≥60 years old (accounting for 13.04%), and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P〈0.01); the differences of the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with different history of allergy type of drug were not signiifcant (P〉0.05).ConclusionDrug allergy history is not the contraindication for angiography, the incidence of adverse reactions can be acceptable to a certain extent.
