循证护理对冠心病介入治疗患者焦虑抑郁和生活质量的影响

Effect of evidence- based nursing on anxiety and depression and life quality of patients undergoing interventional therapy for CHD

目的:探讨循证护理对冠心病介入治疗患者焦虑抑郁和生活质量的影响。方法:将184例冠心病介入治疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各92例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予循证护理。比较两组术后非血管并发症情况、焦虑抑郁和生活质量评分。结果:观察组术后非血管并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组出院时、出院3个月时焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分显著低于入院时(P<0.05),显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院时、出院3个月时健康调查简表(SF-36)和西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)各项评分显著低于入院时(P<0.05),显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理能有效降低冠心病介入治疗患者术后非血管并发症发生率,改善患者焦虑、抑郁状态,提高生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the effect of evidence- based nursing on anxiety and depression and life quality of patients undergoing interventional therapy for coronary heart disease（ CHD）. Methods： 184 CHD patients who received interventional therapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ 92 cases in each group）. The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and the evidence- based nursing was additionally adopted in the observation group. The incidence of postoperative non- vascular complications and the scores of anxiety,depression and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results： The incidence of postoperative non- vascular complications was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the scores of SAS and SDS at discharge and after discharge for 3 months were significantly lower than those on admission and were lower in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the scores of SF- 36 and SAQ at discharge and after discharge for3 months were significantly lower than those on admission and were lower in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The evidence- based nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative non- vascular complications,relieve anxiety and depression and improve the quality of life of the patients in the interventional treatment of CHD.
