高斯光束束腰位置及尺寸的精确测量 被引量:7

摘要 研究了如何提高高斯光束束腰位置及束腰半径的测量精度.从高斯光束的对称性出发,测量了其束腰位置.根据高斯光束通过薄透镜的传输特性,结合已确定的聚焦高斯光束的束腰位置,得到了待测高斯光束的束腰位置及束腰尺寸.根据高斯光束的对称性,直接确定了待测高斯光束的束腰位置,进而在该位置对束腰半径进行了实际测量.结果表明:反推的束腰位置及尺寸分别可精确到0.01mm和0.1mm,且反推结果和实际测量结果一致. A accurate method of measuring the Gaussian beam waist location and waist size is presented,According to the Gaussian beam symmetry,the waist location can be obtained simultaneously. The waist location and waist size are also measured directly by the Gaussian beam symmetry and the characteristics of propagation through thin lens.The precision of derivation results on beam waist location and size is 0.01 mm and 0.1 mm,respectively.The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimentally measured results.
