急诊男性患者地佐辛注射液使用情况分析

Analysis of Using Dezocine Injection for Emergency Male Patients

目的：调查分析急诊科男性患者地佐辛注射液使用合理性，是否考虑对男性精子产生毒性的影响。方法：选用病情状况一般患者590例，使用地佐辛注射液386例，对患者的年龄、住院天数、出院主要诊断、使用地佐辛注射液及其他镇痛药物使用天数、联用情况等进行统计分析。结果：男性患者使用地佐辛注射液年龄〈40岁占47．4％，使用时间较长为7～14d，占49．2％。结论：急诊科临床应用地佐辛注射液时，并没有考虑地佐辛注射液对男性的生殖健康的显著影响，没有评估疼痛。

Objective： Male patients using dezocine injection in emergency department was investigated and analyzed rationality, whether to produce toxic effects on male sperm was considered. Method： A total of 590 common disease condition patients were selected, the usage of dezocine injection were 386 cases. Patients＇ age, hospital stay, primary diagnosis, the duration of using dezocine injection and other analgesic drugs, and the combination were statistic analyzed. Result： Male patients using dezocine injection were less than 40 years old, accounted for 47.4%; the longer usage duration ranged from 7 to 14 day, accounted for 49.2%. Conclusion： It does not take into consideration that dezocine injection has significant effects on reproductive health of male in emergency department on clinical application, and there is no pain evaluation.
