摘要
本论文就针对电动汽车电机驱动系统的电磁干扰特性进行了测试研究。文章首先阐述了电动汽车电机驱动系统电磁干扰产生的机理,其次介绍了电动汽车电机驱动系统电磁干扰的测试方法,包括传导发射测试以及近场辐射发射测试。传导发射测试主要包括直流母线、三相动力线缆的共模电流以及直流线缆的顺势脉冲发射;近场辐射发射测试主要包括对直流母线、三相动力线缆以及PCB板周围近场电场、磁场特性的测试。通过对电动汽车电机驱动系统的电磁干扰特性进行测试研究,通过与国家相关标准中的限值进行对比,能够对电动汽车电机驱动系统的电磁干扰特性进行评价,同时还可以精确找出电磁干扰源产生的地方和原因,对进一步进行系统的电磁兼容性能改进提供测试分析方法和理论基础。
This paper firstly illustrated the theory of the EMI of the EVmotor control system. Secondly, proposed an EMI test method of the EV motor control system, which include conducted emission tests and near-field radiation emission tests. The conducted emission tests focus on the DC bus, threephase power cables, the common-mode current, as well as the DC bus transient pulse emission in the main power circuit; The near-field radiation emission test focus on the near-fieldelectric and electromag- netic field around the DC bus, three-phase power cables and the PCB. From the EMI tests, we could estimate the EMI characteristics of the EVmotor control system. We could find out whether the conducted current andvoltage meet the corresponding EMI standards, find out the accurate position which generate the EMI signal. Thus provide a good theoretical and test basisfor the system EMC design in the next stage.
