Twist2、β-cadherin、E-cadherin在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨喉鳞状细胞癌组织中Twist2、β-cadherin、E-cadherin的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测Twist2、β-cadherin、E-cadherin在48例喉鳞状细胞癌组织及30例癌旁正常组织中的表达情况,分析其在不同组织中的相互关系及与喉鳞状细胞癌临床参数的关系。结果 Twist2、β-cadherin、E-cadherin在喉鳞状细胞癌及癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);喉鳞状细胞癌中Twist2、β-cadherin及E-cadherin的阳性表达率在有无淋巴结转移、临床分期中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);在不同临床分型及年龄间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);喉鳞状细胞癌中Twist2的阳性表达与β-cadherin的阳性表达呈负相关(r=-0.434,P=0.005),与E-cadherin的阳性表达亦呈负相关(r=-0.344,P=0.034)。结论 Twist2与β-cadherin、E-cadherin在喉鳞状细胞癌发生、浸润及转移过程中起重要作用,Twist2与β-cadherin、E-cadherin的协同作用可能影响喉鳞状细胞癌的浸润和转移。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significances of Twist2,β-cadherin and E-cadherin in LSCC. Methods The expression of Twist2,β-cadherin and E-cadherin were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method in 48 tissue LSCC and 30 tumor-adjacent normal tissue.The relationship between three factors and clinical pathological features of LSCC were investigated. Results The differences of the positive rates of Twist2,β-cadherin and E-cadherin in LSCC and tumor-adjacent normal were statistically significant(P〈0.01);the positive expression rates of Twist2,β-cadherin and E-cadherin in lympha node metastasis,clinical stage in LSCC were statistically significant(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01);no statistically significant difference between the different clinical type and age groups(P〉0.05).The positive expression of Twist2 was negatively related to that of β-cadherin(r=-0.434,P=0.005),and also negatively related to that of E-cadherin(r=-0.344,P=0.034). Conclusion Twist2,β-cadherin and E-cadherin play important role in the occurrence,infiltration and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.The synergistic effect of Twist2,β-cadherin and E-cadherin may have some effects on the infiltration and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
