氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果观察

Effect observation of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablet in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease

目的 探讨氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 2013年2月~2014年8月,选取本院收治的高血压合并冠心病患者142例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,各71例。对照组应用氨氯地平治疗,治疗组应用氨氯地平和阿托伐他汀钙片联合治疗,比较两组的疗效、不良发应发生情况。结果 治疗组的总有效率为94.37%,对照组为84.51%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后的血压差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组的不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病,可提高治疗效果,减少不良发应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease,so as to provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods From February 2013 to August 2014,142 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group（n =71） and treatment group（n =71）.Control group was given the treatment of amlodipine,and treatment group was given amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablet.The curative effect and incidence of adverse reaction between two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 84.51%,control group was two,and there was a statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）;there was a statistical difference of blood pressure level after treatment between two groups（P〈0.05）;there was a statistical difference of incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablet in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease can improve the treatment effect and reduce adverse reaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
