摘要 本文重点介绍西安医学院医学技术系在迎接教育部本科教学工作水平评估过程中,在基于国际ISO思想指导下,通过充分理解评估指标体系的深刻内涵,重新构建完善本科教学质量保证体系;基于实现人才培养向基层靠拢,向技能能力聚焦的理念启动新的教学质量保证体系的建设。体系建设重点围绕设计完善"理论教学"质量标准,补充完善教学管理规定细则,细致完善教学信息反馈系统进行。新的教学质量监控系统是一个由内部因素与外部因素共同作用组成的管理系统,为进一步提高系部的教学管理质量提供了有力保障。 This article focuses on medical school of xi′an technology department in the work of the ministry of education undergraduate teaching assessment in the process,under the guide based on the international ISO by fully understand the meaning of evaluation index system and to build a perfect quality assurance system of undergraduate course teaching.Based on implementing personnel training to grass-roots,the idea focusing to skills and ability for starting new teaching quality guarantee the construction of system.System construction focuses on building design "theory teaching",addes teaching management regulation rules,and perfect teaching information feedback system meticulously.New teaching quality monitoring system is a joint action by internal factors and external factors of management system,in order to provide a powerful guarantee for improving the quality of the teaching management further.
