完全腹腔镜下左肝外叶切除术的手术室护理配合

Operating room nursing cooperation in total laparoscopic hepatic left lateral lobectomy

目的 探讨完全腹腔镜下实施左肝外叶切除术的手术室护理配合过程与效果。方法 选择2013年12月~2014年12月在我院外科手术室接受全腹腔镜左肝外叶切除术的12例患者作为观察组,再选择同期行开腹手术的18例肝癌患者作为对照组。观察两组患者各项手术指标,并记录相关护理情况。结果 两组患者均成功完成手术。观察组的手术时间较对照组稍长,术中出血量也略多于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组的术后下地活动时间、排气时间均显著早于对照组（P〈0.05）,住院时间显著短于对照组（P〈0.05）,术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 掌握腹腔镜手术室护理配合流程与特点,能够降低中转开腹手术率,减小创伤,促进患者术后尽快康复。

Objective To explore the process and effect of operating room nursing cooperation in total laparoscopic hepatic left lateral lobectomy. Methods 12 patients undergone total laparoscopic hepatic left lateral lobectomy in our surgical operating room from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as observation group.During the same period,18 patients with liver cancer treated by laparotomy were selected as control group.The operation index in two groups was observed,and related nursing index was recorded. Results Surgeries in all patients were successfully finished.The operative time in the observation group was a bit longer,and intraoperative amount of bleeding was also slightly more than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Ambulation time after surgery and anus exhaust time in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mastery of nursing cooperation flow and features in laparoscopic operating room can decrease the rate of conversion to open surgery,lessen down trauma, and promote postoperative rehabilitation as soon as possible.
