剖宫产切口感染的相关因素分析及预防对策

Related factors analysis and preventive measures of cesarean section incision infection

近年来,随着剖宫产率的提高,切口感染时有发生,这不仅影响切口的愈合,严重者甚至可能导致子宫裂开,进而引发败血症和产后大出血等情况,更甚者会导致患者死亡。本文总结了切口感染的常见病原体和影响剖宫产切口感染的主要相关因素,并在此基础之上,提出相应的预防对策及护理干预措施,从而有效降低剖宫产切口感染发生率。

In recent years,with the increase of the rate of cesarean section,incision infection has occurred from time to time,which not only affect the healing of the wound,but may cause the uterus to rupture,and then lead to severe sepsis and postpartum hemorrhage,etc.,even will lead to the death of patients.This paper summarized the common pathogens of wound infection and the main related factors of incision infection in cesarean section,on the basis of the above, the corresponding preventive measures and nursing intervention were puts forward,so as to reduce the incidence of incision infection in cesarean section effectively.
