摘要
本文重点介绍台湾地区《补助办理公私立幼稚园辅导计划》的具体内容,并分析归纳出其主要特征,即辅导理念明确、辅导制度系统、辅导主体多元、辅导内容具有针对性和对辅导成效加以反馈等。在此基础上,分析其对大陆地区学前教育发展的启示,即要发挥政府的主导作用,推动高校与幼稚园的合作等。
This paper introduces the major content of "Taiwan Counseling Program for the Kindergartens" and sums up the characteristics of the program, which are the clarity of ideas, the systematic tutoring program, the diversifications of the subjects, the pertinence of the contents, and the effectiveness of counsehng feedbacks. Based on the study, the authors suggest that government in Chinese mainland should play the leading role and promote the cooperation between universities and kindergartens.
