摘要
研究者选取四川南充地区7所幼儿园的165名教师和713名幼儿为研究对象,通过问卷调查,分析幼儿园教师职业责任感的特点及其对幼儿责任感发展的影响。研究表明:(1)教师职业责任感整体水平较高,仅有1.8%的职业责任感水平处于临界值以下。(2)教师职业责任感水平受地区、教龄、所在班级、所处职位、所在园所性质的影响,且有显著性差异。(3)教师职业责任感与幼儿对己责任感、对同伴责任感有显著正相关,教师职业责任感可正向预测幼儿的对已责任感水平。
Taking 165 teachers and 713 children from 7 kindergartens in Nanchong, Sichuan Province as research subject, the authors analyze the characteristics of preschool teachers' professional sense of responsibility and its impact on the development of children's sense of responsibility by using questionnaire. The results show that (1) the overall level of preschool teachers' professional sense of responsibility is relatively high, only 1.82% is below the critical value; (2) the level of preschool teachers' professional sense of responsibility is influenced by area, seniority, the class being taught, teachers' positions, and the nature of the kindergartens they work for, and has significant difference; (3) teachers' professional sense of responsibility has a significant positive correlation to children's responsibility for themselves and their companies, teachers' professional sense of responsibility can positively predict the level of children's sense of responsibility for themselves.
