摘要
目的:了解浙江省养老护理队伍的状况,为其队伍的建设提供数据支持。方法:采用横断面调查法,自制问卷,对浙江省26个县区190家养老机构的管理者进行调查。结果:共回收有效问卷165份,有效率86.8%。养老护理员队伍存在人力资源配置不合理、行业待遇不均衡、专业队伍不够稳定等问题。结论:应通过扩大养老护理员培养,加快人事制度改革、提高待遇等举措提升养老护理员配置、提高其职业认同感、稳定该队伍,只有这样才能留住优秀护理员的同时,还不断有优质"新人"加入,从而提升养老护理员队伍整体素质。
Objective ]To identify the work situation of old -age care providers in Zhejiang province .That would provide evi-dence for its further development .[Method] A cross-sectional survey with a self -designed questionnaire was used in this study ,and 190 managers form 26 counties of Zhejiang province were recruited .[Result] Totally 165 valid questionnaires were collected .The proportion of valid questionnaires was 86 .8% .Problems influencing old-age care providers’ development in-cluded unstable teams ,shortage of staff and poor salary .[Conclusion]It is essential to improve the professional identity and old-age care providers’ treatment ,to stabilize teams during policy making and social support system .The whole quality of old-age care provider team will be improved when existing good paramedic can stay and new excellentparamedic can join .
