72例低血糖昏迷患者的急救护理与效果观察

Measures and effects of emergency care to 72 patients with low blood sugar coma

目的:研究低血糖昏迷患者的急救护理措施及其效果。方法:回顾性分析72例低血糖昏迷患者,采取针对性的急救护理措施,观察患者恢复情况,探讨护理效果。结果:72例患者经急救护理后,69例痊愈。47例糖尿病患者中,45例血糖平稳并痊愈出院,治愈率95.7%,1例因病情复杂转入上级医院继续治疗,1例死亡(死亡率2.2%);25例非糖尿病患者全部治愈出院,治愈率100%。结论:积极的治疗和科学的护理,能迅速缓解低血糖昏迷患者低血糖症状,提高抢救成功率。

Objective]To explore the measures and effects of emergency care to patients with low blood sugar coma .[Method] Seventy-two patients with low blood sugar coma were analyzed retrospectively ,adopted pointed emergency care measures and observed the recovery .[Result]After the 72 patients received emergency care ,69 patients were cured .There were 47 cases of diabetic patients ,among which45 caseswere cured withsteady blood sugar .The cure rate was 95 .7% ,and 1 patients transferred to higher level hospitals for further treatment because of complex disease ,and 1 patient died （mortality rate was 2 .2% ） .Non-diabetic patients （25 cases） were all cured and the cure rate was 100% .[Conclusion]When active rescue and scientific nurs-ingwere adopted to the patients with low blood sugar coma ,hypoglycemia symptoms of the patients could be quickly relieved and the success rate of rescue could be significantly improved .
