摘要
合理控制活塞环区温度可避免润滑油结焦引起的活塞环卡滞、扭断,防止因活塞环槽、活塞环过度磨损失去对高压燃气的密封而导致的窜气、烧机油甚至活塞报废故障。通过开展不同温度下的活塞环槽-活塞环材料级高温磨损试验,以CD 10W/40润滑油结焦、高镍奥氏体铸铁活塞环槽-球墨铸铁活塞环的过度磨损为评价依据,确定活塞环区的合理温度范围,为活塞结构、材料及加工工艺优化设计,冷却系统的有效布置,以及活塞和活塞环的热损伤抑制提供依据。
The piston ring clamping stagnation and torsion fracture caused by the lubricating oil coking could be avoided by controlling the piston ring area temperature .The gas blow-by ,oil burning and even piston damage caused by the failure of high pressure gas sealing could also be avoided through controlling the excessive wear of piston ring groove and piston ring .The high temperature wear tests of piston ring groove and piston ring test specimens under different temperatures were conducted in order to determine a reasonable temperature range of piston ring groove based on the evaluation criterion of 10W/40 CD lubrica-ting oil coking and excessive wear of high nickel austenite cast iron piston ring groove and nodular iron piston ring .According-ly ,the research provided the basis for the optimization of piston structure ,materials and processing design ,the effective layout of cooling system and the thermal damage inhibition of piston and piston rings .
