摘要
在这个全球化的时代,全球人口流动速度加快,一国内部的民族问题往往与国际社会的文明冲突错综复杂地交织在一起。教育是全球文明冲突与对话的重要载体,正如国际理解教育是世界和平与发展的基础,民族理解教育也是一个国家长治久安的基础。世界各国的民族教育政策都倡导包容共生,促进不同民族间的相互理解、尊重和共同发展。因此,民族理解教育关键是要在"多元尊重"和"国家认同"两种价值取向之间寻求平衡的结合点。
In the era of globalization, especially with the speeding of global migration, a country's in ternal ethnic issues are often intricately intertwined with conflicts in international civilizations. Education is an important carrier of global civilization conflicts and dialogues. Just like "international understanding education" functioning as the basis for world peace and development, "inter-ethnic understanding educa- tion" also plays an important role in a country's long-term stability. Ethnic education policies all around the world advocate co-existence and promote mutual understanding, respects and jointly development. Thus, it is critical to seek balance between "respects for pluralism" and "national identity" for "inter-eth- nic understanding education".
