摘要
公益性的沦丧是当前公共意识异化的表现,是现代性危机在公共生活领域的表征,也体现在公共参与教育治理的过程当中。从利益的视角入手,可以构建一个公共参与教育治理的"参与主体——利益分配"分析框架,进而展现出"公共选择——公益"这一部分的缺失。在教育管理向教育治理转型的过程中,应当注意公共参与过程中私益与公益的平衡。
the collapse of the public welfare is a form of public consciousness dissimilation, the crisis of modernity in the field of public life, and exists in the public participation in the process of education governance. From the perspective of interest, we can build a "participation body- benefit distribution" analysis framework of public participation in education governance, by which the lack of "public choice-public welfare" can be revealed. In the the process of transforming from education management to the education governance, it should be noted the balance of private interest and public welfare in the process of public participation.
