摘要
采用文献计量法,回顾和总结了2005~2014年间有关现代学徒制的研究成果,分别从文献数量、文献作者、文献研究主题三个维度进行了梳理和分析,表明现代学徒制研究的质和量都不断提高,但是表现出较大的政策依赖性;研究形成了一定的规模,但质量良莠不齐,核心期刊种类和发文量有限;形成了小规模的核心作者群,多集中在高校或者职业教育研究所,缺乏一线教师和技术人员;区域分布广,但是不均衡,具有明显的地区差异;现代学徒制研究主题多趋向于理论研究,实践研究比较缺乏,需要加强理论研究与实践研究之间的关系,使实践研究日益发挥作用。
Using bibliometric methods, this paper reviews and summarizes related research achievements of modem apprenticeship during the 2005-2014 ,combing and analyzing three dimensions respectively -- the document quantity, author of the literature, and literature research topic .The research shows that the quality and quantity of modem apprenticeship research has been constantly improved, but showing larger policy-dependence; The quantity of research is abundant, but the quality varies a lot, and the types of core journals are limited. However, only few of the authors of the theses are teachers or workers on the front line, most authors work in the universities or institutes of vocational education, lacking of a line of teachers and technicians. The research field is wide, but uneven with significant differences in regional distribution. The researches of modem apprenticeship tend to be theoretical research and lack practice research. The relationship between the theoretical theory research and practical research should be paid attention to, so that practical research can function in the future.
