摘要
通过分析研究,认为项目课程设计的主体应该由校企双方共同承担,以酒店市场营销课程为例,在课程设计中进行了若干创新,例如增加了酒店收益管理知识的学习,并把制订酒店全年市场营销计划作为贯穿整个学习过程的主线项目任务,还引入了多元考核体系对教学效果进行检验:以企业专家、教师和学生为多元主体的课程考核,打破了只有教师对学生进行评价的一元主体惯例。
On the basis of the analysis and research, this paper believed that, the teachers and the enterprise should both be the designers of project course. Taking hotel marketing course as an example, the designers have carried out a number of innovations in the course designing, added the content of hotel revenue management, took hotel business & marketing planning as the main lines of the project tasks, and also introduced multi-examination system: enterprise experts, teacher and student themselves were involved as examiners, which completely broke the traditional evaluation system.
