广东高职院校的校企合作现状分析及对策探索

The Analysis of the Current Situation of College-Enterprise Cooperation in Guangdong's Vocational Colleges

校企合作成为了广东高职院校重要的办学模式,广东地区特别是珠三角区域的高职院校校企合作得到了较好的发展,呈现出合作对象、合作渠道、合作形式和评价主体多样化的特点。但是,合作深度缺乏、运行机制不畅、政策制度不完善仍是校企合作发展道路上不可忽视的问题。基于此,提出几点对策:创新合作模式,共建人才培养培训集团;系统化、具体化有关法规政策;立足产业融合趋势,建立以企业为主导的专业群;构建"双师结构"教师团队。

College-enterprise cooperation, as an important educational mode in higher vocational colleges, is developing rapidly in Guangdong, especially in the Pearl River delta area. However, the lack of in-depth cooperation, operating mechanism and guiding policy is still a big problem that can not be ignored. The countermeasures are： improving the cooperation model; building the talents training group; establishing and perfecting the related laws and regulations; constructing an enterprise-dominated specialty group; and cultivating a team dual-qualification teachers.
