胸腺肽α1联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能的影响

Influence of immune function of thymosin α1 combined with chemotherapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的观察胸腺肽α1联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法选择68例确诊的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为两组,对照组34例,给予GP化疗方案治疗;观察组34例,在对照组化疗方案基础上给予胸腺肽α1治疗。结果治疗后两组有效率比较,未见显著差异(P>0.05),两组控制率比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8比较,未见明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组间在CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论胸腺肽α1联合化疗可以提高晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的免疫功能及临床控制率,提高生活质量。

Objective To observed effects on immune function of Thymosin α1 in combination with chemotherapy for advanced non- small cell lung cancer. Methods Totally 68 patients with advanced non- small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 34 patients received chemotherapy in the treatment GP; The observation group,34 patients in the control group given chemotherapy based on Thymosin α1 treatment. Results There are not significant difference in relatively efficient after treatment（ P〉0. 05）,Two control rates compared with the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; Before treatment,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 comparison,no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）,Between the two groups in CD4,CD8,CD4 /CD8,the observation group than the control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion Thymosin α1 combined with chemotherapy may improve immune function and clinical control rate in patients with advanced non- small cell lung cancer and improve the quality of life.
